Each one has their own small quest, handled fully in character.
Find A'Scari Diamonds, Ikkenai Dotharl, Lucy Anthesia and Oseya Eleazar. Talk to them. Figure out what they want.
Every quest is different, some are about listening, some about clues, some about paying attention to details. You won’t get direct answers, and you won’t be rushed. Take your time, ask the right questions, and play it out.
Complete all four quest and claim the prize. You don’t need to complete them in order.
